Hunter 38 - "Kalerin"
The chartplotter on Kalerin, Doug's Hunter, was no longer working effectively, so he contacted PYS after seeing their ad in Pacific Yachting Magazine. He says that although he had some initial ideas about what brand to choose, PYS were helpful in laying out other available options. The installation proved not to be straightforward. PYS kept Doug actively involved in the decision-making throughout, then followed up in the next day or two to make sure everything was working as it should.
Doug describes PYS' work as "terrific . . . very professional." Now he finds that his pleasure at being on the water is greatly enhanced by the up-to-date electronics on his boat.
"PYS did what they said they would do, in the time frame they gave me," states Doug. "There were no surprises, which isn't always the case when someone works on your boat."
