Connecting A Battery Isolator and Solar?

I have the Victron 200amp, 3 battery argo FET isolator. I have a house bank, starting battery and a dedicated windlass battery connected to this. I want to install a solar array into the system to charge all 3 banks. Can I connect the positive leads from solar MPPT controllers to the input post (same connection as the alternator feed) on the isolator to effectively charge the 3 banks via solar? I have never installed a solar panel controller to the input side a battery isolator before and not sure if it will work. If you decide to try it, let me know how it goes. Professionally we always wire the solar controller directly to the battery and have never used a battery isolator on solar controller circuit. - Jeff
