Recommendation: Victron 700 or 702 Battery Monitor?

Thank you for all of the electrical wiring videos on your website, they are a great help. I have a 1988 Catalina 30 with outdated and questionable wiring from the previous owner, so I'm upgrading. I have a two battery bank system (house and start). Do you recommend the Victron 700 (monitoring house only) or 702 (monitoring house and start batteries)? Thanks for all of your help. - Bruce

I’d recommend you spend a little more money and get the Victron 702. You’ll be able to monitor voltage on both battery banks and get an amp-hour and amp reading from the house battery bank as well.
