Is There an Inverter/Charger With a Second Charger Output?

Question:

One of your YouTube video mentions that an inverter/charger only has one output. The Victron MultiPlus 12/3000/120V manual says it has a 120 amp house charger plus a 4 amp starter battery charger, who is right?  - John

Answer:

Hi John, you are correct, Victron makes an inverter/charger with a 2nd low current output (e.g. 4 amps) to charge a 2nd battery bank. Most battery chargers offer 2 or 3 outputs that can take nearly fully rated output capacity if the other banks don’t need the charging amps. In the past, we’ve used the small charging output of the Victron inverter/charger to charge a small engine or genset battery. - Jeff
